Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Perfect place for a family holiday, friends get together or couple getaway. We have put our love and sweat to make this place like no other.

The large private garden is a treasure of tranquility with cherry and olive trees, roses and herbs. The living room has high beamed ceilings with doors opening onto the garden. Shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. There is a free shuttle bus to Civita.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. 5 KM to Todi center. The apartment is like a house. Private entrance. Porch. Close to Supermarkets Restaurants. There is a condominium pool . Smart TV internet. There are beds for six people. It is possible to use couch as 7th sleeping place. A crib available too if needed. The pool is shared with other guests. It is not a private pool.
