Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

House on the beach is a splendid two-story beachfront house, each floor with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday. The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road. The property was completely renovated in 2021. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
