Welcome to our cosy and sunny home! The house is located in a peaceful area minutes away from the beach, boasts two terraces with stunning views of the sea (and of Ibiza on a clear day), sun all day long, and a stone bbq. The communal swimming pool is just across the street. Pets are allowed and can roam free in the house private garden. Location: 20 mins walking/5 mins by car to the stunning beach of Cala del Moraig), 5 mins to the nearest supermarket, 10 mins to the lovely town of Moraira.

Beautiful restored merchants house in the centre of Javea old town, with restaurants, bars and shops within a 2 minute walk. The house has a large (6x3m) eco salt water pool for you to swim in all year and the three outdoor terrace areas offer lots of different spaces to relax. The BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven provide an array of outdoor cooking options, but there is also a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room if you’d prefer! Walking distance from Javea port and 2km from the beach.

Lovely little house in old town with a roof terrace and only five minutes’ walk to the beach. Kitchen, bathroom and dining area on the ground floor. Living room, bedroom and loft on the first floor. Both bedroom and living room have small balconies. Small roof terrace with table and chairs. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Very nice area with restaurants by the beach and on the square by the church. Good opportunity to enjoy the beach, beautiful walks and a nice, lively neighbourhood.
